Today, I learned that a fellow creator, builder, and organizer of several full-perm creator's hunts, Hioh Jinx, is in need of our help. Those of you who are members of some of the in-world Midnight Mania for builders' groups may already have heard the news.
Hioh is in need of some help in getting home to his family so he may see his terminally ill father. To help him to that end, a yard sale has been organized to fund-raise for him.
From the note card I received today in-world:
"On Thanksgiving Day, our friend Hioh Jinx learned that his father has terminal cancer. Hioh has not seen his family since he moved to Texas nine months ago and does not have the means to return home to see his father. The cost of a round-trip bus ticket is $400.00.
In the spirit of the season, we're asking for your help in raising the money to get Hioh home to spend time with his Dad.

To take part, I've sent over 15 of my most recently released and popular textures, and discounted them all by 50%. My vendors have been set up to send money directly to Mattie Rae, who is sending 100% of the fund-raised money to Hioh directly so he can return home.
